Kupang City is the capital city of East Nusa Tenggara Province, where currently the utilization of GIS for health care facilities is very minimal. The presence of a geographic information systems for health care facilities in Kupang City is very important because it can help the people of Kupang City in finding the location of health care facilities around them. The information displayed is in the form of name, location description, type of service, photos and maps. This GIS is designed using the waterfall development method so that the system is more structured and systematic. The system testing method used is the black box method, which has shown that various system components such as input, edit, update, delete, and other modules can work well. The conclusion obtained is that the geographic information system of health care facilities in Kupang City can run well and can be operated by users properly.
