<note>Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Anugrah Bhakti Dewata Kota Kupang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugrah Bhakti Dewata Kota Kupang. Secara simultan reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugrah Bhakti Dewata Kota Kupang.
