This research was conducted at the furniture company Kupang Immortal Works Award. The purpose of this study was to find out and explain how to control the supply of raw materials for teak boards at the Furniture Company Anugerah Karya Abadi Kupang. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is EOQ, ROP, Safety Stock and sales forecast. The results showed that production activities at the Furniture Company Anugerah Karya Abadi Kupang had not properly controlled raw materials. Companies often experience excess inventory of raw materials. The writer's suggestion for the company is that the company needs to carry out EOQ and ROP analysis so that the company can find out the amount and the right time to buy raw materials so that the production process can run smoothly.
