<note>1.	This Thesis is entitled: Using Animated Video Cartoons In Teaching Vocabulary To Students At Pelita Nusa Kindergarten  Kupang in academic 2020/2021. This study's problems are: (1) Can animated video cartoons be used to teach students English Vocabulary? (2) This study aims to: (1)To Improve the use of English vocabulary in children by using animated media video cartoons, (2) To make the children more excited to learn English vocabulary. The method used was the experimental method. Data source this study is a subject that can be used as informants to obtain data regarding the management and performance of public relations at Pelita Nusa KinderGarten Kupang. The technique of data collection used a pre-test and a post-test. The preliminary data of the research was taken from the pre-test result. Data were analyzed using techniques like (1) reduction data and (2) data presentation. The data were analyzed to conclude the objective of the study. The researcher described the findings in this chapter in three parts. Firstly introducing and improve students' ability to know the English vocabulary of class b at Pelita Nusa garden Kupang city; shown in this part, the researcher showed animation video cartoons about the application media like body part videos, colour videos, and animal video cartoons that use in class. Secondly, the researcher again gave an animation video cartoon to know the effectiveness of using animated videos to improve the student's ability to learn English vocabulary; in this section, the researcher presented the students' achievement in offering vocabulary videos. She found the practical defense of each student base on their pre-test results, quizzes, and post-tests. Thirdly, in this section, their teacher in pelita nusa kindergarten responded well to increasing the student's Vocabulary.
