<note>This research is a research on the development of student worksheets based on higher order thinking skill in laws of thermodynamic and Carnot Machines material. The problem behind this research is that in the current learning process, many teachers have not made student workhsheet based higher order thinking skill nrdue to time constraints. Physics lessons also only rely on text books and worksheets from the internet, which are still dominated by LOTS questions. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the product in the form of student worksheets to train HOTS on laws of thermodynamic and Carnot Machines material and to find out students' responses to student worksheets to train HOTS on the developed laws of thermodynamic and Carnot Machines material.The population in this study were students and physics teachers at Tobu State Senior High School and the research sample was class XI MIA students and Physics teachers at Tobu State High School were determined using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and questionnaires as well as data analysis methods used, namely data analysis in the form of quantitative descriptive data to get average numbers and percentages. The results of this study are the feasibility of student workhsheet based higher order thinking skill assessed by 2 material expertso btaining an average percentage of 91.52% with very feasible criteria,assessment by 2 media experts obtaining an average percentage of 91.67% with very feasible criteria and student workhsheet was tested on 30 students to get an average percentage of 90.64% with very interesting criteria.Thus it can be concluded that the student workhsheet based higher order thinking skill on laws of thermodynamic and Carnot Machines material that has been developed can be used as teaching material in the physics learning process at school.
