Family social support is assistance or support in the form of emotional, appreciation, information and instrumental provided by family members to other family members so that they could feel safe, comfortable and loved. Psychological well-being is a concept that describes how individuals can function positively for themselves and their surroundings. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a correlational research. The sample in this study was 105 participants from Faculty of Public Health, University of Nusa Cendana who were working on their thesis. the technique of determining the sample using probability sampling by determining the number of samples using determining the number of samples from a certain population with an error level of 5% developed by Isaac and Micheal. The results of the study found that there was an effect of family social support on psychological well-being with a significance value of 0.01 which is smaller than the probability of 0.05 with an R squared value of 25.2%..
