The purpose of this research is to find out the teacher's strategies and perceptions of teaching reading comprehension to English teachers in high schools in Sabu Raijua. This research is quantitative descriptive research in the form of collecting data and making a structured questionnaire list of questions. The population in this study were all high school Indonesian teachers in Sabu Raijua District, with a population of 5-6 teachers.
