This study aims to determine the public’s perception of the quality of stunting management services in Sokoriaselatan Village, East Ndona District, Ende Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, aqualitative approach to describe the empirical reality behind the phenomenon in depth, detail and thoroughly. The result showed that based on public perreptions, the quality of stunting management services in Sokoria Selatan Village based on service quality indicators showed that out of the five service quality indicators, there were two indicators that still had deficiencies, namely physical evidence and reliability indicators. Thus the suggestions that can be given based on the result of this study are Posyandu cadres of South Sokoria Village to coordinate with the Sokoria Selatan Village Government to provide supporting facilities, especially chairs at the Posyanduof Sokoria Village, Posyandu cadres to maintain discipline so that they continue to be an example fot the community, health workers (midwife) to come to Posyandu on time so that the omplementation of Posyandu activities is not delayed.
