The formulation of the problems in this research are (1) Does financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, (2) Does financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, (3) Does financial literacy, financial technology have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior ? The aims of this research is to: (1) determine the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior, (2) determine the effect of financial technology on financial behavior, (3) determine the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on financial behavior. This research used a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of the research were 65 respondents to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Batuplat Village, Kupang City. Collection of data was carried out using observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 application. The results of the analysis shows that: (1) The financial literacy variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior variable of MSME actors in Batuplat Village, Kupang City. (2) Testing the t hypothesis shows that the financial technology variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of MSME actors in Batuplat Village, Kupang City. (3) The results of the f test of financial literacy and financial technology variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of MSME actors in Batuplat Village, Kupang City. This shows that the better the understanding of the two variables, namely financial literacy and financial technology, the better the financial behavior of MSMEs in Batuplat Village, Kupang City.
