Feed is a very important factor in supporting the growth and survival of milkfish.The raw materials that can be used for the manufacture of milkfish feed are Ulva lactucaand Caulerpa lentillifera and have a fairly high protein and carbohydrate content whichcan be used as feed ingredients for milkfish. The purpose of this study was to determinethe effect of a combination of Ulva lactuca and Caulerpa lentillifera flour with differentpercentages in feed on the growth and survival of milkfish (Chanos chanos).The research was carried out for 2 months from October until December 2021 atthe Milkfish Pond Agency, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service. This research usedrandomized designed with 4 trearments namely; A. (Ulva Flour 10% + Caulerpa Flour20%), B (Ulva Flour 15% + Caulerpa Flour 15%), C (Ulva Flour 20% + Caulerpa Flour10%) and D Control /without the addition of Ulva flour and Caulerpa flour. Feedingfrequency is done twice a day, morning and evening. Observation of milkfish weight gainwas carried out by weighing at the beginning and the end of the study, the observedparameters were absolute growth, survival and feed conversion ratio.The results showed that the highest absolute weight growth rate of milkfish wasin treatment C (19.83g) and the lowest in treatment D (14.68g). The milkfish survival ratewas 100%, while the lowest feed conversion ratio was in treatment C (2.71) and thehighest in treatment D was 3.27. The artificial feeding of Ulva + Caulerpa flour had asignificantly effect on absolute growth and feed conversion ratio (P<0.05). Meanwhile,graduation had no significant effect (P>0.05).
