Jermias William Boling, Bertha Selviana Djahi*, Derwin Rony Sina**Academic data processing is one of the things that must be done by every educational institution, both from the level of early childhood education to tertiary institutions. In this modern era, facilities are urgently needed that allow acceleration of data processing so that it is more optimal, but in reality teachers are still preoccupied with processing and reporting teaching and learning activities because most of them are still handwritten. It causes a lot of wasted time and the potential for errors as well as the high risk of damage and data loss. The purpose of developing a web-based academic information system at the Private Junior High School Reformed Plus 1 Middle Kupang isto simplify and minimize problems that occur with the school in entering, processing and searching for academic-related data such as teacher, student data, grades and lesson schedules. To making a web-based academic information system at the Private Junior High School Reformed Plus 1 Middle Kupang using two system testing methods, namely Black Box and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Based on Black Box testing of menus and features in the system as many as 178 tests get a percentage of test results of 100%, meanwhile the UAT test was carried out by giving questionnaires to 15 teachers and 10 students who were students of class IX (nine) as respondents and producing a percentage value of 86%.
