This research is about the attitudes of learners in learning speaking towards the implementation of speaking club. The aims of this research are to investigate the common problem that has been faced by all learners in learning speaking, to know what solutions are successfully implemented by the teacher and the learners, also to find out the learners’ attitudes toward the implementation of the speaking club. The researcher has formulated one research question in this study as follow: (1) What is the attitude of learners towards speaking club in the goal of advancing and increased their speaking skills? This research has been a qualitative research. The respondents of this research were twelve learners of 1st grade class of Calvary bible school Kupang who joined the speaking club at the school. The researcher did an observation during the class then followed by an interview session with the twelve learners as the interviewees. The researcher then analyzed the results of observation and the interviews. The researcher presented the data in the form of tables. This study found that the implementation of speaking club has resulted in a positive attitude by all learners’, in this case the speaking club was successful in improving learners English speaking skills.
