This research is normative legal research, which examines the implementation of this principle in order to create a strong and accountable Indonesian National Police, with a focus on studying the essence of the BP4R trial itself. The research result shows that the urgency of this BP4R trial is to prepare members of the Indonesian National Police to comply with the wishes of Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police so that they can implement the principles good corporate governance. Through this BP4R session Police officers who are getting married, divorcing and wishing to reconcile in their marriage can have an attitude that is in accordance with this principle. The conclusion of this research, states that the BP4R trial is to prepare members of the Indonesian National Police who are reliable in facing the challenges of the times, so that they can apply the principles good corporate governance in carrying out their duties. The next suggestion that can be given in relation to this article is that members of the Indonesian National Police have a common vision in applying this principle in order to produce a Indonesian National Police that is strong now and in the future, resilient in facing the challenges of the times.
