This research is about the uniqueness of language variation in K-poper's speech on Twitter Social Media. This research aims to analyze language variation and to find out the language function used by K-poper's speech on Twitter Social Media. The writer has formulated two research problems in this study as follows: (1) what are the forms of language variation in K-popers speech on Twitter Social Media? (2) what language functions are there in the speech of K-popers on Twitter Social Media? the method used was a descriptive qualitative method with sociolinguistics as the theoretical approach. the sources of data used were ten accounts from Twitter. the technique used to collect data was a listening method with a note-taking technique and documentation technique. the data were analyzed by using transcription, identification, and description techniques. the results show that: sociolect is the dominant language variant used in terms of speakers; in terms of usage, the most commonly used variety is the K-pop variety; in terms of formality, used more often is the casual variety; and overall, language variation in terms of facilities is writing variety. the functions of the used language are instrumental, regulatory functions, informative functions, interactional functions, personal functions, heuristic functions, and imaginative functions. keywords: Language Variation, K-popers, Twitter
