The aims of this study are: (1) to find and describe the forms of traditional speech in the We’e Mbaru ceremony among the people of Golo Cador Village, Wae Ri’i District, Manggrai Regency. (2) to find and describe the function of traditional speech in the We’e Mbaru ceremony among the people of Golo Cador Village, Wae Ri’i District, Manggrai Regency. (3) to find and describe the meaning of traditional speech in the We’e Mbaru ceremony for the people of Golo Cador Village, Wae Ri’i District, Manggrai Regency. The method used in this research was the qualitative description method. The techniques of data collection were interview, observation, note-taking, and recording. The data obtained were processed following transcription, selection, and analysis. The results show that (1) phonological form is the similarity of sounds. Morphological forms are divided into two categories, namely: the first type of word and the second language style. Types of words consist of nouns, verbs, conjunctions, and pronouns. Language styles consist of repetition, simile, and symbolism. (2) Function consists of: cultural function, instrumental function, mutual function, and religious function. (3) Meaning consists of: religious meaning, meaning of protection, and meaning of togetherness. Key Words: Culture Values,Culturl Linguistic, Traditional Speech, We’e Mbaru
