<note>This  thesis  deals  with  the  Posi  Luha  ritual  speech  regarding  the  Timor  kemak Tutubaba language. This research aims to find: (1) The linguistic forms delivered by  traditional  elders  at  Posi  Luha,  (2)  The  meanings  inside  the  speech  delivered by  traditional  elders  at  Posi  Luha.  This  research  uses  a  qualitative  descriptive method  using  Geoferry  Leech's  theory  of  seven  types  of  meaning  to  analyze Kemak  language  speech  data  sources.This  research  uses  several  data  collection techniques:  interviews  and  voice  recordings.  The  author  found  language utterances  spoken  during  the  Posi  Luha  ritual,  which  were,  tata  romo  re  rae sogong(ancestor  they  soil  far),  tata  romo  re  rae  besik(ancestor  they  place  soil near), luluang mai iming a ami lui sai(to gather come  meals avalible store), noba te  ami  maligu  aka  galang  no(and  which  we  prepare  aka  galang  forget),  ami  aka no, ami lui nogo pere iming alamamu(we mention and we serve this like all have), nu ate nogo sai, ami hoat hali sai(maybe only this take, we take return already). This study is expected to give valuable insights into understanding the Kemak language speech in the Posi Luha ritual.
