PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENINGKATAN POPULASI SAPI LOKAL DI KABUPATEN MALAKA Methildes Seran, Ajis Salim Adang Djaha, Nursalam. Progtam Magister Ilmu Administrasi Program Pasca sarjana Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang INTISARI Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat Pengaruh motivasi dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap efektivitas peningkatan populasi sapi lokal di Kabupaten Malaka. Sampel penelitian mengunakan rumus solvin sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 99 Kepala Keluarga. Hasil analisis menunjukan pengaruh variabel Motivasi terhadap peningkatan populasi ternak sapi dengan p-value sebesar 0,00252. p-value tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel motivasi terhadap efektivitas peningkatan populasi sapi lokal di Kabupaten Malaka. Begitu pula pengaruh variabel Partisipasi (X2) terhadap Efektivitas peningkatan populasi sapi lokal di kabupaten malaka dengan p-value sebesar 0.006229 dimana lebih kecil dari angka 0,05 yang berarti pengaruh variabel Partisipasi terhadap Efektivitas peningkatan populasi sapi lokal di kabupaten malaka. Signifikansi variabel tersebut dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa semakin baik motivasi dan partisipasi maka akan semakin meningkat secara cukup signifikan terhadap efektivitas dan sebaliknya jika motivasi dan partisipasi menurun maka akan menurun pula secara cukup signifikan terhadap efektivitas. ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of community motivation and participation on the effectiveness of increasing local cattle population in Malaka Regency. The research use slovin formula therefore the sample include 99 households. The results of the analysis signify the influence of motivation variable against the enhhancement of cattle population with a p-value of 0.00252. That p-value is smaller than 0.05, which means that there is a significant influence of motivation variable on the effectiveness of increasing the local cattle population in Malaka Regency. Likewise the effect of the participation variable (X2) on the effectiveness of increasing the local cattle population in Malacca Regency with a p-value of 0.006229 which is smaller than 0.05, meaning that there is an influence of participation variable on the effectiveness of increasing the local cattle population in Malaka Regency. The significance of these variables can be interpreted as the better the motivation and participation, the more significantly the effectiveness will increase and vice versa, if the motivation and participation decrease, the effectiveness will also decrease significantly.
