<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh pemanfaatan limbah sayur kol  dalam ransum terhadap konsumsi,kecernaan nutriendan TDN ransum pada ternak  kambing kacang.Sebanyak 4 ekor kambing kacangjantan, umur 11-12 bulan  dengan berat badan 15-19kg (±17kg), KV 6,74% digunakan sebagai ternak  percobaan. Rancangan bujur sangkar latin (RBSL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4  ulangan digunakan sebagai rancangan percobaan. Ransum perlakuan disusun  dalam bentuk ransum komplit (TMR/total mixed ration) dengan perbandingan rumput kering dan konsentrat 60:40.Analisis data menggunakan Analisis of varians (ANOVA) untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan terhadap variabel yang diukur dan uji jarak berganda Duncan untuk menguji perbedaan diantara 
perlakuan. Perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah T0: ransum tanpa (0%) tepung sayur kol, T1: ransum dengan 10% tepung sayur kol, T2 : ransum dengan 15% tepung sayur kol dan T3 : ransum dengan 20% tepung sayur kol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah kubis dalam ransum komplitberpengaruh nyata(P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi protein kasar, serat kasar, lemak kasar dan total digestible nutrient (TDN)ransumsedangkankecernaan protein kasar, serat kasar dan lemak kasartidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05).Disimpulkan bahwa Pemanfaatan limbah sayur kol dalam ransum 
komplit/TMR pada ternak kambing kacang berpengaruh nyata terhadap konsumsi nutrien dan TDN atau pemanfaatan limbah kubis mulai dari 0%-20% dalam ransum dapat meningkatkan konsumsi nutrien dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kecernaan nutrien.

ABSTRACT
Utilization of Vegetable Waste Cabbage in Rations on Consumption, 
Nutrient Digestibility and Total Digestible NutrientRations in Kacang Goat

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the use of cabbage vegetable waste in 
the ration on consumption, nutrient digestibility and Total Digestible Nutrient 
(TDN) Rations of the ration in kacang goats. A total of 4 male kacang goats, 11-
12 months of age with a body weight of 15-19kg (± 17kg), coefficient of variance 
6.74% used as experimental livestock. The Latin square design with 4 treatments 
and 4 replications was used as the experimental design. The treatment ration were 
arranged in the form of a complete ration total mixed ration with a rasio of dry 
grass and concentrate 60:40. Data analysis used Analysis of variance (ANOVA) 
to determine the effect of treatment on the measured variables and Duncan's 
multiple range test to examine differences between treatments. The treatments 
applied were T0: ration without (0%) cabbage vegetable flour, T1: ration with 
10% cabbage vegetable flour, T2: ration with 15% cabbage vegetable flour and 
T3: ration with 20% cabbage vegetable flour. The results showed that the 
utilization of cabbage waste in a complete ration had a significant effect (P <0.05) 
on the consumption of crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat and total digestible 
nutrient (TDN), while the digestibility of crude protein, crude fiber and crude fat 
had no significant effect (P> 0 , 05). It was concluded that the use of cabbage 
waste in complete rations / TMR in the goat's peanuts had a significant effect on 
nutrient consumption and total digestible nutrient or cabbage waste utilization 
ranging from 0% -20% in rations could increase nutrient consumption and had no 
significant effect on nutrient digestibility.
