This thesis is entitled: ‘English Teaching Method applied by English Teachers of SMK Kristen 1 Kupang City in the academic year 2023/2024’. The writer got the data of this research from informants, that is, three English Teachers of SMK Kristen 1 Kupang City. The instruments used to collect the data were observation and interviews. The researcher aims to know the methods applied by English teachers in teaching English and the dominant methods applied by the English Teachers in the school. The method used was qualitative. The research was conducted in SMK Kristen 1 Kupang City. The results of this research are: 1) The method used are discussion method, question-answer method, and learning by playing method (song games, and picture); 2) The dominant teaching methods applied by English Teachers of SMK Kristen 1 Kupang City are discussion method, question-answer method, and learning by playing (song games) method and, 3) The teachers apply the methods by following such steps greeting, praying, check in their attendance, explaining, answer&question, having discussion, and closing the class at the end.
