ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Queen Roti yang berlokasi di Jln Piet A. Tallo Kecamatan Oebobo Kupang. Tujuan penelitia ini adalah Mengatahui dan menganalisis pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan bahan baku pada Queen Roti sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan kenyataan atau keadaan-keadaan atas suatu obyek dalam bentuk uraian kalimat berdasarkan data yang terkumpul. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis metode pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan bahan baku menurut SAK EMKM pada Queen Roti Kota Kupang di tahun 2020 dilihat bahwa pencatatan persediaan bahan baku yang dilakukan Queen Roti sudah sesusia dengan SAK EMKM, sedangkan penilaian persediaan bahan baku sudah sesuai dengan SAK EMKM, namun masih ada kesalahan pengeluaran yang tidak sesuai metode FIFO.

ANALYSIS OF RECORDING METHODS AND ASSESSMENT OF RAW MATERIAL INVENTORY BY SAK EMKM QUEEN BREAD

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted at Queen Roti which is located on Jln Piet A. Tallo, Oebobo District, Kupang. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the recording and assessment of raw material inventory at Queen Roti according to SAK EMKM. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method, which describes the reality or conditions of an object in the form of a sentence description based on the collected data. Interview data collection techniques and documentation. This study analyzed the method of recording and evaluating raw material inventory according to SAK EMKM at Queen Roti Kupang City in 2020, it was seen that the recording of raw material inventory carried out by Queen Roti was in accordance with SAK EMKM, while the assessment of raw material inventory was in accordance with SAK EMKM, but still there is an expenditure error that is not according to the FIFO method.
