This study was conducted to answer the research questions: (1). What are the linguistic forms of language in the traditional wedding of the Flores Mbuli Lio Tribe Ende Regency? (2). What are the linguistic meanings of language in the traditional wedding of the Flores Mbuli Lio Tribe Ende Regency? the aims of this study are: (1)To Describe the linguistic forms of language in the traditional wedding of the Flores culture the Mbuli Lio tribe in Ende Regency. (2) To Describe the linguistic meanings of language in the traditional wedding of the Flores culture of the Mbuli Lio tribe in Ende Regency. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The data sources are two informants who know about the Mbuli Lio tribe wedding ceremonies. The data were collected by using some techniques, such as: interview, note taking, and audio recording. The data were collected by using: transcribing, translating, analysing and describing. The results show that Mbuli Lio tribe wedding ceremonies have three forms of speech, There are exclamatory sentences, interrogative sentences and declarative sentences. There are three types of meaning from seven types of meaning from Leech found in forms of Mbuli Lio tribe wedding ceremonies namely: social meaning, affective meaning and connotative meaning.
