The catch is highly significant to the income of fishermen in Jenilu Village in fulfilling their daily needs. In general, the fluctuation of fishermen's income is affected by several factors such as capital, season, number and distance to sea. However, since February 2020 until now, fishermen's income has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The primary causative factor is the government's prohibition and limitation of time and place for fishermen to carry out fishing activities. The assessment of income differences in the year before and during the pandemic is important to determine the differences in fishermen's income before and during the pandemic as well as the most influential factors. The study was conducted in Jenilu Village, KakulukMesak Subdistrict, Belu Regency. The research method uses observation and interview methods using purposive sampling techniques. The collected data were analyzed using quantitative analysis to determine the income of fishermen and qualitative analysis to determine the factors that affect the income of fishermen. The result of this study shows that the income of Jenilu Village fishermen has a difference, which is before the COVID-19 pandemic amounted to Rp.700,000.00 - Rp.750,000.00 and income during the pandemic amounted to Rp. 600,000.00 - 650,000.00. The most influencing factor on fishermen's income before the pandemic is the season and the most influencing factor on income during the pandemic is social distancing.
