Cultural Tourism and Accessibility are factors that determine success in the development of tourist destinations. Boti Tribe is a Traditional Village located in Kie District, South Central Timor Regency. Boti also has hilly steep conditions and prone to landslides so that the TTS government is overwhelmed in trying to transport routes, this can be seen by roads that are difficult for vehicles to pass because the roads are cracked and potholes. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the influence of cultural tourism on the level of tourist visits in Boti Village; (2) to determine the effect of accessibility on the level of tourist visits in Boti Village; (3) to determine the influence of cultural tourism and accessibility on the level of tourist visits in Boti village. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with the population of all tourists visiting Boti village Cultural Tourism. The analysis used in this study was Descriptive Statistics, Multiple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Testing, using SPSS version 22. The result of this study is that cultural tourism does not have a significant effect on the Level of Tourist Visits in Boti Village separately; (2) Accessibility does not have a significant effect on the level of tourist visits in Boti Village separately; (3). Cultural tourism and accessibility have a significant effect on the level of tourist visits in Boti Village together. The coefficient of determination based on the above analysis is 85.6%. While the rest (100%-85.6% = 14.4%) are influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not studied.
