Mosquito Aedes sp. is a vector of various diseases, one of which is dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Based on data from the DHF outbreak in Kupang City in 2019, Oebobo Village in the last 3 years always found cases of DHF, especially in RW 10 which always found cases every year. The transmission of this disease cannot be separated from the presence of the Aedes sp. as a vector of DHF, and community behavior in preventing and eradicating Aedes sp. This study aims to determine the density and behavior of larvae eradication of Aedes sp. This research is a descriptive type of research with a cross sectional study approach, the total population is 166 households while the number of samples is taken from the total population. Descriptive data analysis using frequency tables and narration. The results showed that the TPA outside the house that was positive forlarvae Aedes sp was 36.70% more, the number of larvae based on the type that was positive for larvae was also found to be more in the drum by 54.92%, the density of larvae based on the index, namely the CI of 31 ,32%, BI 93.97%, HI 59.03%, and ABJ 40.96%. The number of people's behavior in efforts to eradicate Aedes sp. amounted to 145 families (87%) and 21 families did not do it (13%). Suggestions for the community in RW 10, Oebobo Village, Kupang City to store clean water using household landfills, close TPAs ​​tightly, and carry out 3M Plus regularly so that they can stop the mosquito breeding cycle/kill the larvae of Aedes sp.
