This research is entitled "An analysis of Forms, Meanings and Functions a poem by Kalli Rae Heo”. This study aims to identify the form, meaning and function of the poem “Tangi Made Ina”, analyze forms based on physical structure, meaning based on denotative and connotative meaning, and function based on emotive function. In conducting this research, the researcher uses the descriptive qualitative method. The data was collected through a YouTube channel where Kalli Rae Heo uploads his poem. Secondary data was taken from the book “Art and Engineering” by Shklovsky which was published in 1989, as a source for analyzing the form of poetry. The book “Meaning and English verbs” by Leech, was published in 2014 as information about the meaning of poetry and book “On Language” by Roman Jacobson which was published in 1995 as a guide for researchers in analyzing the function of poetry. To analyze form used theory formalism, focuses Physical structure, and to analyze meaning use two types there are, conceptual meaning and connotative meaning, and to analyze the functions use emotive function. The result shows the forms, there are line length,stanza patterns, pause, use of letters and special formatting, rhyme and rhythm patterns. Meaning, there are keywords, denotation, and connotation analysis. Function, there are expressing, emotions of poem, in found in the poem Tangi Made Ina a poem by Kalli Rae Heo.
