<note>This study, entitled “An Analysis of Constraints in the Implementation of Differentiated Learning in English Subject at SMA Negeri 7 Kupang,” aims to identify the obstacles faced by implementing differentiated learning in English lessons at SMA Negeri 7 Kupang and to find out the strategies used by English teachers and principals in overcoming these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study are 4 grade 11 English teachers and school principals. The instruments in this study were interviews and observations. The results of the study show that: 1) the main obstacles faced by grade 11 English teachers in implementing differentiated strategies are a) lack of time; b) lack of knowledge related to differentiated learning, c) lack of resources, and d) high pressure and cost. 2) The strategies used by grade 11 English teachers to overcome these constraints are: a) working extra time; b) watching YouTube videos; c) using their own facilities, and d) collaborating with peers.
