: Insecticidated mosquito nets are an alternative means of controlling malaria vectors in malaria endemic areas. This research is classified as an analytical survey research with a cross sectional design. The populations in this study were families who received insecticide-treated mosquito nets in three selected health centers with a total sample of 99 respondents. The sample in this study was selected by proportional random sampling technique. This research data was then analyzed by path analysis using multiple linear regression tests in stages 1 and 2. The results showed that directly or indirectly there was a partial and simultaneous influence of knowledge about insecticide-treated bed nets, and attitudes towards the use of insecticide-treated mosquito nets on the incidence of malaria in Malacca Regency. While the factors of age, education, occupation, adequacy of mosquito nets did not indirectly partially and simultaneously affect the use of mosquito nets and the incidence of malaria in Malacca Regency with the variable value of Age P = 0.085, education P = 0.964, occupation P = 0.832, and adequacy mosquito net P = 0.937 the significance value is greater than 0.05. While the other three variables, namely knowledge P = 0.001, attitude = 0.022 and use of mosquito nets = 0.000 the significance value is less than 0.05.
