This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the community's stigma against pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in Malaka Regency. The design of this study used a cross-sectional study with a population of people with pulmonary tuberculosis and the community (family and neighbors) in Malaka Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster sampling and Biudukfoho Community Health Center was chosen as the research location because of the highest number of tuberculosis cases. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.000), perception (p = 0.000), with community stigma towards pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers. The results of multivariate analysis show that knowledge and perception simultaneously affect the stigma of society towards pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers. Knowledge and perception variables simultaneously affect the community's stigma against pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers in Malaka district. This means that if people who have low knowledge and negative perceptions have a chance of 13.607 times experiencing low stigma. Keywords: tuberculosis, society, stigma
