Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS) Regency frequently experiences natural disasters, causing environmental damage and casualties. However, post-disaster complaint reporting is still conducted manually through social media or direct visits to the BPBD office, often facing accessibility issues and limited information. This study aims to design a web-based Post-Disaster Complaint Information System to facilitate the community in reporting incidents and obtaining accurate information. The system development followsthe Waterfall model, comprising analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. Black Box Testing was used to evaluate the system’s functionality, yielding a 100% success rate. The results demonstrate that the system enhances the efficiency of disaster complaint management, provides real-time disaster information access, and accelerates BPBD’s response to disaster events. Future development is recommended to include a disaster-prone area map and an early warning system to improve community preparedness.
