The study is aimed at finding the forms and meanings of Usa Pena ritual discourse in Bikomi community, an ethnic group from TTU district. The study employs qualitative approach intended to do research in the field of Linguistic Anthropology in terms of Language forms and their related meanings form a cultural ceremony during the beginning of corn harvest. Main data were obtained from recording and from interviews as well as note-taking to validate the main data. The study indicatesthatclauses and sentencesdominate language formsin the oral discourse of the rituals. In terms of meanings surrenderoccupies the whole discourse in addition to togetherness, inheritance, and environmental. In the end of the study, it is necessary to specify the possible implication of the study to the teaching and learning of the English language at schools as such cultural events can be used as potential themes for students to learn English especially speaking and writing of all levels of proficiency.
