<note>This thesis is entitled: ‘Distance Learning Management of Senior High School English Teachrs in Kupang Regency during COVID-19 Pandemic.’ The problems of this research are (1) How is distance teaching and learning process conducted by senior high school English teachers in Kupang regency during the COVID-19 pandemic?  (2) What challenges did English teachers and students face in distance teaching and learning during this pandemic, and how did they solve them? (3) How effective is the process of distance teaching and learning conducted by Senior high school English teachers in Kupang regency during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to describe how is the distance teaching and learning process conducted by senior high school English teachers in Kupang regency during the COVID-19 pandemic, to identify challenges they faced in distance teaching and learning during this pandemic, how they faced all the challenges, and to describe the effectiveness of distance learning management of Senior high school English teachers in Kupang regency during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used a descriptive analysis by using qualitative techniques. The data were collected from 24 senior high school English teachers in Kupang regency through a questionnaire in google form. The result shows that senior high school English teachers in Kupang regency conducted three types of distance learning: online, offline, and blended learning. They used some online and offline learning media such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Classroom, books, and worksheet. In distance learning management, senior high school English teachers in Kupang regency faced some challenges but they also have their own ways to face all the challenges, and the distance learning management conducted by senior high school English teacher in Kupang regency was not effective.
