<note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan model isotherm yang sesuai dengan adsorpsi tiramin oleh SiO2 @BSA. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tahapan preparasi sampel, proses ekstraksi silika (SiO2), modifikasi silika oleh BSA, dan isotherm adsorpsi. Penentuan isotherm adsorpsi tiramin pada matriks SiO2 @BSA dianalisis menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis, dengan menggunakan variasi konsentrasi 10, 20, 30, 40, dan 50 mg/L pada panjang gelombang 470 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adsorpsi tiramin pada matriks SiO2 @BSA mengikuti model isotherm Redlich-Peterson dengan nilai R2 = 0,987 dan kapasitas adsorpsi sebesar 5,157 mg/g.
