<note>Conjunction is a small part in grammar but it has important role to reach a clear meaning and to show coherence. Every students have a different capability to master what they study especially in learning conjunction. Some of the students feel that conjunction is not a difficult material because they can distinguish the function of conjunction. There are also students who feels that is a difficult material. So it is important to know whether the students have mastered the conjunction or not. Therefore, this research is conducted to know the use of English Conjunction by the third semester students of English study program of FKIP Undanaand what kinds of difficulties do the students usually face in using conjunction.
The subject of the research  is class B of the third semester students of English study program of FKIP Undana in the academic year 2020/2021 that consist of 30 students. The researcher uses test and interview to collect the data. The researcher used descriptive qualitative to describe the students’ using of conjunction. The using of conjunction will be described in details in this research based on the result of students test. The researcher analyzes, identifies and writes the mistakes of the students’ test and correct the answer based on conjunction rules.
Based on the result of this research, 1 or (0,73%)student who has good to excellent capability in using conjunction. 2or (1,32%) students who have good capabilities in using conjunctions, 2 or (1,26%) students who have average to good capabilities in using conjunctions, 2 or (1,12%) students who have average capabilities in using conjunctions, 5 (2,65%) are the majority of the students who have poor to average capabilities in using conjunctions, 12 or (5,51%) students who have poor capabilities in using conjunctions and 6or (1,74%) of the students who have fail capabilities in using conjunctions.The percentage of thirty stduents of class B were 14,33%. So the capability in using conjunction by the class B of the third semester students is poor to average. Based on the analysis, most of the students still have difficulty in using correlative conjunction specifically the use of whether/or, neither/nor, either/or, both/and and no sooner/then. It can be seen from the answers that they made on their test. The students lack of correlative conjunction mastery</note>
