This study entitled: An Analysis of Gesture in Daily Conversation of Boti People. The research problem discussed in this study are three study problem, (1) what is the gesture of agree in daily conversation of Boti people, (2) what is the gesture of disagree in daily conversation of Boti people, (3) what is the gesture of doubt in daily conversation of Boti people. The purpose of this study is to know the gestures of agree, disagree and doubt in daily conversation of Boti people. This study takes places in Boti village and the research method used is descriptive qualitative. The benefits of this study include the theoretical and practical benefits. The theory used in this study is the theory by Susan G Buckley (2001) about gesture and parts of body that are related to gesture. Based on the study result from the researcher in Boti village about an analysis of gestures in daily conversation of Boti people especially gesture agree, disagree and doubt, researcher have found several gesture that shows gesture agree, disagree and doubt. These gestures had found in head, hand, face, eyes and feet. Keywords: analysis, gesture, conversation, Boti, people
