<note>Bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media batu karang dan pasir untuk mengetahui kapasitas isoterm adsorpsi Languir dan energi kadar nitrat (NO3-) terhadap proses adsorpsi. Tahapan penelitian ini meliputi karakterisasi media yaitu menggunakan pH, Kapasitas Tukar Kation (KTK), penentuan kadar H2O serta studi adsorpsi yang meliputi isoterm adsorpsi Langmuir dan kinetik adsorpsi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pasir memiliki pola adsorpsi Isotherm Langmuir dengan persamaan laju adsorpsi pseudo orde 2, reaksi adsorpsi pasir dengan persentase 93.4%, konsentrasi 0.5 ppm lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan adsorpsi batu karang dan adsorpsi campuran batu karang dan pasir.
