<note>This research tried to answer three research question, they are (1) What are the clitics in Lamboya language? and (2) What are the meanings  of the clitics in Lamboya language. The data for this study were collected at Praimodu village, Lamboya, West Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara. Because of the Corona virus desease, the writer gathered the data from informants through mobile phone. The writer used interview and recording techniques to collect the data. The aims of this study are to find out the clitics in Lamboya language, and to know the meanings  of clitics in Lamboya language. The method of this research is desscriptive qualitative. The result of this study are (1) The types of clitic in Lamboya language are proclitics and enclitics because clitics in this language usually are attached to the front part and the end part of a host. (2) The forms of proclitic in Lamboya language are (ku-, mu-, na-, ma-, ta-, mi-, a-) with ku- refers to first singular person, mu- refers to second singular, na- refers to third singular, ma- refers to second plural, ta- refers to first exclusive plural, mi- refers to third singular, a- refers to third plural. While forms of enclitics in Lamboya language are (-go, -gu, -ga), (-mo, -mu), (-na, -nai), (-ma, -mai), (-nda, -ndai), (me-, mi-), (-da, -dai), with –go, -gu refers to first singular person, -mo, -mu refers to second singular, -na, -nai refers to second plural inclusive, -ma, -mai refers to exclusive plural, -nda, -ndai refers to first plural, -me, -mi refers to third singular, -da, -dai refers to third plural. Proclitic in Lamboya language usually attach to the beginning verb category and adjective category. While Enclitic in Lamboya language attach to noun category, and mesoclitic in Lamboya language attach to noun category.While mesoclitic attached can only occur as a bound morpheme attached to a word with a certainsyntacticcontext.Mesoclitic -gu and –ndi ‘plural marker’can be included in a special clitic, and forms and rules for the use of the word task with proclitic refers to word task a- “which”, proclitic refers to word pa- ‘place’.
