<note>Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Apakah konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang 2) Apakah Stres kerja berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hipermart Lippo Plaza Kupang 3) Apakah konflik dam stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah  karyawan yang bekerja pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang. Yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan  Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan konflik, stress kerja, dan kinerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa konflik dan stress kerja secara persial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi model atau deterrminasi sebesar 40,7 % variasi pada variabel kinerja karyawan mampu diterangkan oleh kedua variabel bebas, sedangkan sisanya 58,3 % diterangkan oleh variabel lain diluar model ini. Disarankan pada perusahaan agar dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan dengan cara menjaga hubungan anatara karyawan dan pimpinan sehingga kinerja pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang akan terus meningkat.

The title of this research is “The Effect of Conflict and Work Stress on Employee Performance at Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang. The main problems in this study are 1) Does work conflict have a significant effect on employee performance at Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang 2) Does work stress have a significant effect on employee performance at Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang 3) Does conflict and work stress significantly affect employee performance at Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang. The population in this study is the number of employees who work at Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang. The samples in this study were 60 employees of Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

	Based on the results of the descriptive analysis showed conflict, work stress, and employee performance included in the very strong category. Based on statistical data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that conflict and work stress partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of the model or determination of 40.7% of variations in employee performance variables can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 58.3% is explained by other variables outside this model. It is recommended for the company to be maintained and improved by maintaining the relationship between employees and management so that the performance at Hypermart Lippo Plaza Kupang will continue to increase.
