Academic Achievement Improvement Scholarship (PPA) is a funding assistance from the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Education (Kemenristekdikti) in the form of tuition fees given to students who are taking lectures who are classified as economically disadvantaged to finance their education. In the process of selecting candidates for PPA scholarships at the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FST) of Nusa Cendana University (Undana), the use of a computerized decision support system can be used as decision support to assist employees in selecting candidates for PPA scholarships. In this study, 5 selection criteria were used, namely GPA, achievement, other scholarship recipients, family status, and parental income. The data used were 143 FST student data for the 2016 to 2018 years which were obtained by distributing the google form link to students. The test results by comparing the results of the system selection with the data of PPA scholarship recipients as much as 50 student data got a percentage of 72,62%, so it can be concluded that the use of the Fuzzy C-Means method can be applied to a desktop-based decision support system for determining PPA scholarship recipients.
