This thesis is entitled “Teaching and Learning Management by English Trainers at Agape Indah English Training Center during Covid-19 Pandemic”. The aims of this research are to identify how English trainers at Agape Indah English Training Center manage their teaching and learning process, to find out what online media are used, and to describe how effective their teaching and learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this research are the English trainers at Agape Indah English Training Center and the seventh semester students of English Study program of Nusa Cendana University. In collecting the data, the writer used descriptive method (quantitative and qualitative techniques) to analyze and describe the teaching and learning management by the English trainers during Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the result of data collection, the English trainers used online teaching and learning media to carried out the TOEFL training such as Google Classroom, Google Form, and WhatsApp application. In managing the TOEFL training, the English trainers encountered some problems, one of example was oogle Classroom system had an error when accessed. Despite all the shortcomings, this TOEFL training is quite effective because the participants did not have any difficulty in using the online learning media and they can do the TOEFL training anywhere and anytime without any limitations of time and place.
