African swine fever (ASF) is an infectious and hemorrhagic disease that affect pig caused by a double-stranded DNA virus in the Asfarviridae family and Asfivirus genus. Vaccines and treatments for pigs infected by the virus have not been found until now, making the risk of threats to pig farms even bigger so that biosecurity becomes a pivotal measure in reducing or minimizing the spread and prevention of disease. This study aimed to identify the types and evaluate the techniques of applying biosecurity on pig farms after the ASF epidemic in Kupang Regency. The method used is a cross-sectional and descriptive analysis by conducting observational interviews and filling out. The research data is presented in the form of a weight processing table and a comparison table of types of biosecurity. There are three types of biosecurity that are conceptual, structural, and operational biosecurity. The weight of the application of biosecurity for the three types of biosecurity in six farms got good category, which is conceptual biosecurity has a weight value of 128, structural biosecurity has a weight value of 261, and operational biosecurity has a weight value of 204. Evaluation of the weight value from the three types of biosecurity in 6 pig farms is in a good category. It is evidenced by the applications of the three types of biosecurity on the six pig farms.
