<note>This research is entitled: “Analysis Of Jargon Used by Bartender Of Kings Resto in Kupang East Nusa Tenggara”. The aim of this research is to find out the jargon used by bartender and the meaning of the jargon. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The object of this research was bartender in King Resto in Kupang East Nusa Tenggara. This research used observation, interview and taking noted to collect data and answer the research questions. The researcher used five main steps. As a descriptive qualitative research, the facts found that the jargon used by bartender consist of twenty five jargons. The benefits of this research in teaching and learning English are as the reference for those who want to enrich their knowledge about jargons especially, for the future researcher who are interested in similar topic and as the medium to help students or anyone in enhancing meaning of jargons and hopes by studying jargon meaning used by bartender of Kings Resto, it will helps students to fully understand about language variation.
