Profil Darah Mencit (Mus musculus) yang Diberi Pakan Tepung Telur Berbasis Nanopartikel
XMLBlood profile is one of the parameters of animal health status. Observations related to blood profile can be made using experimental animals. Mice are often used as experimental animals because of their relatively short life cycle, large number of offspring per birth, and easy handling. This study aims to determine the blood profile of mice (Mus musculus) fed with nanoparticle-based egg meal and to determine the comparison of the blood profile of mice (Mus musculus) fed with nanoparticle-based egg meal and those not fed with nanoparticle-based egg meal. The research method used was an experimental method using 12 male mice (Mus musculus) divided into 3 treatment groups. The parameters observed were erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, leukocytes, and thrombocytes. The results showed that the blood profile of mice (Mus musculus) in the three groups was in the normal range and statistical analysis showed no significant difference (P>0.05) between treatment groups on the blood profile of mice (Mus musculus).
