Reba is a cultural festifyof Bajawa people that has meaning and value as a form of gratitude for the Bajawa people to God, nature and ancestors. This research explained the analysis of the Reba ritual process, its meaning, and values in Langa Gedha village, Ngada Regency according to Dell Hymes' view in SPEAKING theory.
This research used a descriptive qualitative method. Reba ritual from Langa Gedha village was the data source of this research. In collected the data, the researcher used interviewed and noted taking. The researcher used a SPEAKING theory Of Dell Hymes to analyzed the data.
The Researcher found the conclusions about the Reba ritual process, their meanings, and values in Langa Gedha village, Ngada Regency: The Reba ritual is related to the SPEAKING Dell Hymess theory which includes: Scene, Participants, Ends, Act, Key Instrumentalities, Norms, and Genres. This indicates that there are, in fact, SPEAKING theory of Dell Hymes which can explain and analyze the process of Reba ritual, their meaning, and values
