The problem of this research is can the use of pictionary game technique improve vocabulary of fifth graders of MI Darul Hijrah Madani Kota Kupang in academic Year 2023/2024)? This study aims to find out whether the use of Pictionary game can improve vocabulary fifth graders of MI Darul Hijrah Madani Kota Kupang. The method design used was experimental method. The research was conducted in MI Darul Hijrah Madani Kota Kupang in academic year 2023/2024 in February, 2024. The sample in this research was 30 students. This sample was divided into two groups, such as experimental group consists of 15 students and control group consists of 15 students. The instrument used to collect data to measure the value of variables was a test that is multiple choice that consists of 30 items. In collecting the data, the researcher used pre test, treatment, and post test as the data collection procedures then followed by analyzing the data by using t-test formula. The result shows that implementation of pictionary game can improve vocabulary of fifth graders of MI Darul Hijrah Madani Kota Kupang in academic year 2023/2024, because the result of the stastical calculation indicated the value of t-test was 2,04 and the value of df (degree of freedom) 28 at the level of significance 5% was 1,04. It can be concluded that t-test was higher than t-table where 2,04>1,04. Since t-test value is higher than the t-table value thus, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. It means that the implementation of Pictionary game can improve vocabulary of fifth graders of MI Darul Hijrah Madani Kota Kupang in academic year 2023/2024.
