Analisis Kualitas Air pada Sumber Mata Air di Desa Tunabesi Kecamatan
Io Kufeu Kabupaten Malaka
Tujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas air pada sumber mata air di Desa Tunabesi Kecamatan Io Kufeu Kabupaten Malaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode MPN (Most Problable Number) dengan objek penelitian adalah dua sumber mata air di Desa Tunabesi Kecamatan Io Kufeu Kabupaten Malaka. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran kualitas air pada sumber mata air berdasarkan parameter fisika, kimia dan biologi kemudian dibandingkan dengan Permenkes RI No. 32 Tahun 2017 Tentang Standar Baku Mutu Kesehatan Lingkungan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air pada parameter fisika yaitu suhu pada sumber mata air Oe Nanua 23,4oC dan Oe Saekini 22,5 oC sedangkan nilai suhu pada standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan adalah 20-26oC, TDS pada sumber mata air Oe Nanua 272,5 mg/l dan Oe Saekini 301,6 mg/l sedangkan nilai TDS pada standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan adalah 1.000 mg/l, TSS pada sumber mata air Oe Nanua 3,6 mg/l dan Oe Saekini 9,2 mg/l sedangkan nilai TSS pada standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan adalah 50 mg/l. Untuk parameter kimia yaitu pH pada sumber mata air Oe Nanua 7,4 dan Oe Saekini 7,1 sedangkan nilai pH pada standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan adalah 6,5 – 8,5, COD pada sumber mata air Oe Nanua 1,9 mg/l dan Oe Saekini 0 mg/l sedangkan nilai COD pada standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan adalah 10 mg/l. Untuk parameter biologi yaitu total coliform pada sumber mata air Oe Nanua MPN 24,5 sel/100 ml dan Oe Saekini sebesar MPN 14,3 sel/100 ml sedangkan nilai total coliform pada standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan adalah MPN 50 sel/100 ml. Pada sumber mata air Oe Nanua terdapat bakteri Escherichia coli sebesar MPN 6,7 sel/100 ml dan Oe Saekini sebesar MPN 3,5 sel/100 ml, nilai tersebut melebihi ambang batas standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan yang ditetapkan yakni nilai MPN 0 sel/100 ml. Pada sumber mata air Oe Nanua dan Oe Saekini dapat dikategorikan sebagai sumber mata air yang tidak layak/tidak sesuai di mana untuk parameter suhu, TDS, TSS, pH, COD, Total Coliform masih sesuai standar baku mutu (air minum) tetapi untuk parameter Escherichia coli tidak sesuai dengan standar baku mutu (air minum).

ABSTRACT
Analysis of Water Quality in Springs in Tunabesi Village, Io Kufeu Subdistrict, Malaka Regency
The aim of this research is to know the quality of water in wellspring at Tunabesi Village, Io Kufeu Distric, Malaka Regency. This research use descriptive method and the MPN (Most Problable Number) method with two wellspring at the Tunabesi Village, Io Kufeu District, Malaka Regency as the object of the research. The result of research was analyzed by the way of qualitative descriptive to give an overview of water based on physical, chemical and biological parameters and then compared with the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017 concerning Environmental Health Quality Standards.
The result showed that the quality of the water through the physical parameters, that is the temperature at Oe Nanua wellspring is 23,4°C and 22,5°C at Oe Saekini wellspring, while the temperature in the standard of environmental health quality is 20-26°C, TDS at Oe Nanua wellspring is 272,5 mg/l and 30,6 mg/l at Oe Sakini wellspring while the TDS value in standard of environmental health quality is 1.000 mg/l, TSS at Oe Nanua wellspring is 3,6 mg/l and 9,2 mg/l at Oe Saekini wellspring while the TSS value in standard of environmental health quality is 50 mg/l. For chemical parameters, that is pH at Oe Nanua wellspring is 7,4 and 7,1 at Oe Saekini wellspring, while the pH value in standard of environmental health quality is 6,5-8,5, COD at Oe Nanua wellspring is 1,9 mg/l and 0 mg/l at Oe Saekini wellspring while the COD value in standard of environmental health quality is 10 mg/l. For biological parameters, total coliform at Oe Nanua wellspring is MPN 24,5 cells/100 ml and MPN 14,3 cells/100 ml at Oe Saekini wellspring, while the total coliform value in standard of environmental health quality is MPN 50 cells/100 ml. At Oe Nanua wellspring there are Escherichia coli bacteria of MPN 6.7 cells/100 ml and MPN 3.5 cells/100 ml at Oe Saekini wellspring. Oe Nanua and Oe Saekini wellspring can be categorized as not feasible/unsuitable wellspring where temperature, TDS, TSS, pH, COD, total coliform are still in accordance with quality standard (drinking water) but for Escherichia coli parameters, that is not in accordance with quality standard (drinking water).
