Skripsi oleh Wenseslaus Panggal 2020, berjudul “Urgensi Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) demi Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa”, adapun rumusan masalah yang dibuat adalah apa Urgensi Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Demi Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa. Terkait apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat berdirinya Badan Usaha Milik Desa dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Urgensitas Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Rana Gapang, Kecamatan Elar, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur, menjelaskan faktor pendukung dan penghambat berdirinya BUMDes. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan proses penyajian data dilakukan dalam bentuk tabulasi, tabel yang berhubungan dengan data dan hasil wawancara terkait Urgensi Pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) demi Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa. Informasi atau data yang dikumpulkan dalam bentuk angka atau data komoditas Desa Rana Gapang. Penelitian dilakukan selama satu bulan, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pemerintah Desa Rana Gapang dan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak Enam (6) orang dengan status yang berbeda-beda di Desa Rana Gapang. Pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan beberapa cara diatas, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Desa Rana Gapang memiliki sumber daya alam yang bermanfaat untuk kepentingan masyarakat desa. Sumber daya alam yang dimaksud adalah hasil komoditi yang mendukung urgensitas pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) yaitu, menjalankan proses musyawarah ditingkat dusun, adanya transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana desa dan penting untuk mendirikan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam mengelola potensi alam demi kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Thesis by Wenseslaus Panggal, 2020, entitled "Urgency for the Establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises for the Welfare of Village Communities", the formulation of the problem is what is the Urgency for the Establishment of Village Owned Enterprises for the Welfare of Village Communities, what are the factors supporters and obstacles to the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises and the purpose of this research is to describe the urgency of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises in Rana Gapang Village, Elar District, East Manggarai Regency, explaining the supporting and inhibiting factors for the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises. The type of research used is qualitative. The presentation of data is carried out in tabulated form, tables related to the Urgency for the Establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises for the Welfare of Village Communities. The information or data collected is manifested in the form of numbers or commodity data of Rana Gapang Village. The research was conducted for 1 month, the subject in this study was the government of Rana Gapang Village. And the informants in this study were 6 people with different positions in the village of Rana Gapang. Data collection, the writer used interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it can be concluded that Rana Gapang Village has natural resources that are useful for the benefit of the village community. The natural resources in question are commodity products that support the urgency of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises. Based on the results of the study, there are several things that must be considered in the process of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises namely, carrying out the deliberation process at the hamlet level, so that people convey their aspirations according to the needs of their respective hamlets, there is a need for transparency in the management of village funds so that people know the posts allocated budget and are required to establish Village-Owned Enterprises to manage natural potential for the welfare of village communities.
