Optimasi Produksi Mebel Bahan Jati dengan Metode Fuzzy Linear Programming (Mebel Surya Mas)

Salah satu bisnis yang sekarang ini semakin berkembang adalah mebel. Mebel merupakan pelengkapan rumah yg mencakup semua barang seperti perabot rumah tangga, dan tentunya mebel berkaitan dengan proses produksi barang dimana sebelum memproduksi barang harus terlebih dahulu membuat perencanaan produksi sehingga tidak ada kendala dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan jumlah barang yang akan diproduksi. Oleh karena itu, digunakannya sebuah metode yaitu program linear. Program linear merupakan model umum yang dapat digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah pengalokasian sumber yang terbatas. Ketersediaan sumber daya perusahaan pada Mebel Surya Mas menjadi kendala dalam perencanaan produksi, sehingga keuntungan yang diharapkan sulit untuk diestimasi. Mebel Surya Mas belum melakukan pengelolaan permintaan dengan baik karena belum mampu menyelaraskan antar sumber daya yang tersedia dengan pemenuhan demand konsumen sehingga optimalisasi proses produksi belum bisa tercapai dan keuntungan tidak dapat diprediksi dengan baik dan tepat. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah metode untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, yaitu Logika Fuzzy dengan metode Fuzzy Linear Programming. Dalam penelitian ini Fuzzy Linear Programming hanya berfokus pada berapa jumlah produk yang harus diproduksi agar mendapat keuntungan yang optimal. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh adalah jumlah produksi produk lemari sebanyak 11 unit sedangkan produk kursi dan meja tidak diproduksi, dengan keuntungan optimal sebesar Rp.7.425.000.
One of the more affluent businesses today is furniture. Furniture is a household item that included all such items as household furniture, and of course furniture deals with the production of goods which before manufacturing the goods must first make a production plan so there is no problem in decision making to determine the amount of goods to be produced. because of this use of a method is a linear program. Linear programs are a common model that can be used in solving limited resource allocation problems. The availability of the company’s resources in Surya Mas furniture is a problem in production planning, so the expected profits are hard to estimate. Surya Mas furniture has not been properly managed by demand, as it has not been able to align the available resources with the delivery of consumer demand, so optimizing the production process has yet to be achieved and profits cannot be accurately predicted. And so it requires a method to solve the problem, which is fuzzy logic with method fuzzy linear programming. In this research, the fuzzy linear programming only on how many product must be produced in order to get optimum benefits. The net profit was recorded at an average of 11 units in production of consumer goods, the product of chairs and tables are not produced with optimal profit of $7.425.000.
