Status gizi adalah suatu keadaan yang diakibatkan oleh keseimbangan antara asupan gizi dari makanan dan kebutuhan zat gizi oleh tubuh. Jika antara asupan gizi dengan kebutuhan tubuh seimbang maka akan menghasilkan status gizi baik, begitupun sebaliknya. Masalah gizi ini akan berdampak pada meningkatnya angka kematian, gangguan pertumbuhan, gangguan mental, dan gangguan kecerdasan, serta timbul berbagai macam penyakit lainnya. Berdasarkan Buku Saku Pantauan Status Gizi oleh Kementrian Kesehatan tahun 2017, tercatat status gizi balita di Indonesia berdasarkan indeks berat badan menurut umur (BB/U) sebanyak 3,8% balita gizi buruk dan 14% balita gizi kurang; Status gizi balita berdasarkan indeks tinggi badan menurut umur (TB/U) sebanyak 9,8% balita gizi sangat pendek dan 19,8% balita gizi pendek; Sementara status gizi balita berdasarkan indeks berat badan menurut tinggi badan (BB/TB) sebanyak 2,8% balita gizi sangat kurus dan 6,7% balita gizi kurus. Sistem Pendukung Keputsan dapat memberikan solusi untuk menentukan keputusan yang tepat dan sesuai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SAW dan WP untuk menentukan status gizi dengan menggunakan pengujian sensitivitas untuk mengetahui seberapa sensitive kedua metode tersebut. Presentase perubahan nilai dari kedua metode ini adalah metode SAW sebesar 7.5 % sedangkan metode WP 0%.

Nutritional status is a condition caused by the balance between the nutritional needs of the body and the intake of nutrients from food. A person will be categorized as good nutrition if their nutritional intake and body needs are balanced. On the other hand, it will be categorized as under nutrition if the body's needs and nutritional intake are not balanced, which will cause nutritional problems. Nutritional problems have an impact on increasing mortality rates, growth disorders, mental disorders, and intelligence disorders in children as well as the emergence of various diseases. According to the Nutritional Status Monitoring Pocket Book by the Ministry of Health in 2017, it was recorded that 14% of children under five were undernourished, 3.8% of children under five were malnourished, 19.8% of children under five had short nutrition, 9.8% of children under five are very short nutrition, 6.7% of under five is underweight and 2.8% of children under five nutrition is very thin. The Keputsan Support System can provide solutions to determine the right and appropriate decisions. This study used the SAW and WP methods to determine nutritional status using sensitivity testing to determine how sensitive the two methods were. The percentage change in value of these two methods is the SAW method by 7.5% while the WP method is 0%.
