Perencanaan Produksi Tempe Pada Pabrik Bapak Sugeng Di Kota Waingapu Kabupaten Sumba Timur,Nusa Tenggara Timur

This research is entitled "Planning Tempe Production at Mr. Sugeng's Factory in Waingapu City, East Sumba Regency". The main problem in this research is how to plan tempe production at Mr. Sugeng's factory in Waingapu City, East Sumba Regency. Meanwhile, the purpose of this research is to know and explain the production planning of Tempe at Mr. Sugeng's factory in Waingapu City, East Sumba Regency. The data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used Break Even Points (BEP) and also used linear function equation for sales forecasting. The results showed that: 1). The head of the factory, Mr. Sugeng, has not been able to make a good production plan. The production planning carried out by the leadership is only based on experience that can be obtained from year to year. Based on the results of this study, companies are advised to: 1). Make a production plan carefully and in good detail on the existing production factors so that the company's optimum profit can be achieved. 2). Mr. Sugeng's factory needs to forecast the level of demand in the future, so that the forecast results can be used as a benchmark for production activities that will be carried out in the future by the company and add production equipment that is useful for anticipating an increase in brick sales based on sales forecast calculations for the following year in this case for the years 2021-2023. 3). Mr. Sugegg's FACTORY needs to anticipate the company's internal factors such as: capital, labor, raw materials, machinery and equipment, as well as external factors of the company such as: government policies, economic conditions, market demand, political and security situations as well as competition that comes from other companies that produce similar products.
